Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of room.md's website, applications, and related services. room.md is run by Vitali Coziulcov, a private individual in the Republic of Moldova.
Using room.md
You may use room.md if you are 14 or older, can agree to these terms, and comply with them, with the law, and with any further terms shown in the product.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, users, connected services, uploaded content, and all activity under your account.
Customer data
You retain ownership of what you write, the files you upload, and anything you connect to room.md. You grant room.md the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and analyse it in order to provide the service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide data to room.md and to connect any third-party systems you authorize.
How room.md handles personal data — yours and that of anyone you write about — is described in the Privacy Policy.
What the assistant writes
room.md may generate summaries, alerts, drafts, explanations, and other AI-assisted output. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before relying on it.
room.md does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Anything the assistant writes is a draft, and what you do with it is yours.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse room.md, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use room.md to violate rights or laws.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe use of room.md creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risk.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of room.md from time to time. We aim to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, room.md is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount permitted by applicable law and the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. A dispute that cannot be settled by writing to hello@room.md goes to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
If you use room.md as a consumer, nothing here takes away the protection that the law of the country where you live gives you.
